It’s mostly found in milk and salad dressings

After all it’s one of the five most carcinogenic substances
Contributing factor to asthma and cancer
It can result in kidney disease and Alzheimer’s

Sodium benzoate
Used in acidic liquids like vinegar
Juices, margarine and fast food burgers
Has some useful properties such as being anti fungal
Stop right there, oh boy for it can cause nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain

Potassium bromate, bread products and banned in Canada
Cuz it causes cancer, anal leakage and is used in empanada
Repeated exposure may affect the nervous system
Also causes headache, impaired thinking, bet you don’t wanna be a victim

Acesulfame-K acts like an artificial sweetener
Since it’s 200 times sweeter than sugar
Commonly found in baked goods, chewing gum and gelatin desserts
Causes cancer and muddles with thyroid levels
Moreover contributes to headaches, mental confusion and depression

Erythrosine another type of preservative
Mainly used in cherries, candies, baked goods, I’m trynna make it informative
It’s made from coal tar
Causes hyperactivity and thyroid tumours
Side effects generally include nausea, vomiting and stomach cramping
Eat too much and it might just leave you hanging

Benzoic acid found in cheese, varying sauces and meats
Is it too early? It’s time to drop the beat
If inhaled can damage nervous system
Asthma and hyperactivity in children

Butylated Hydroxytoluene, hmm that’s a long one
